Since 2007, the IPSCC has served as a collaborative platform for PhD students from leading cancer research institutes across Europe. The conference covers the full breadth of cancer research—from fundamental biological studies to translational, clinical, and epidemiological approaches—reflecting the belief that progress across all areas is essential for advancing our understanding of cancer and improving patient care.
The 2025 edition will feature an exciting lineup of speakers, including Samra Turajlic, Consultant Medical Oncologist at the Royal Marsden; Santiago Zelenay, Senior Group Leader at the CRUK Manchester Institute; Maria Rescigno, Full Professor and Vice Rector for Research at Humanitas University; Sylvain, who leads the RNA Dynamics in Cancer group at CRUK Manchester Institute; and Amaya Viros, Clinician Scientist and head of the Skin Cancer and Ageing group at CRUK MI.
