Position Overview
As a Client Associate your role is integral to our recruitment process, involving full-cycle recruitment activities. This role is crucial for driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building and be focussed on new business and account development. Your main aim will be to arrange Client Meetings that will enable you to pitch our Contingent staffing, or our two core offerings (Scale and InSource).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and develop new client relationships within the life sciences sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business with new clients to secure recruitment contracts.
2. Candidate Management:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the life sciences industry.
- Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including reference checks and skill evaluations.
- Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Deliver high-quality recruitment services that meet client expectations.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery and foster continuous improvement.
4. Technology Utilization:
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client relationships and track business development activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system.
5. Target Achievement:
- Aim to achieve ambitious sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective campaigns.
6. Continuous Learning and Development:
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the life sciences sector.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
